Every class begins their
creative arts time with music. We sing a variety of
songs with a CD or guitar accompaniment. There is
also a short lesson that focuses on musical topics
such as instrument families, musical symbols, terms,
and concepts, and famous composers. Here are some

The
second half of our creative arts time is spent on
art. Our projects focus on different art elements,
multi-cultural art, or artwork in the style of a
famous artist/illustrator. Click on each grade to
see an example from that age level.
